Returning an item could not be easier. In case the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return an item starting from the delivery date.

The price of your purchase (shipping excluded) will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days after receiving the returned goods.

The returned item must be intact, new and in its original packaging. Should there be evidence that the product has been used, it will not be refunded.

 

The returns note sent with each purchase should be filled and returned with the product.

The return transport fees are to be paid by the buyer.

The return of your parcel is under your full responsibility until its arrival in our offices, please ask for a proof of sending with a tracking number to keep an eye on its evolution.
