4 Secrets for Choosing the Right Yoga pants

To enjoy yoga practice, you need clothes that you'll literally forget about and that will enable you to relax and to only focus on your postures and your breathing. So, let’s have a look at 4 basic rules to follow when choosing the right clothes.
Rule nr. 1 - Comfort This might sound obvious but nowadays, there is a wide selection of yoga clothes for women and you don’t necessarily need to trade comfort for style. However, your yoga clothing should always provide freedom of movement and allow you to stretch without any restrictions.
Rule nr. 2 - Fit Your clothes don't have to be too baggy or lose because the excessive fabric might get in the way of yoga poses. Make always sure the clothes you are buying fit perfectly. Your workout outfit should basically hug your body shape and feel like a second skin.
Rule nr. 3 - Material Choose the right fabric because there is nothing worse than wearing clothes that hold sweat and feel heavy and uncomfortable after the first minutes of the yoga class. Make sure to pick a material that both breathes and keeps moisture away from your body. It's suggested to choose a synthetic, moisture-wicking fabric.
Rule nr. 4 - Type of pants You can wear a variety of pants when doing yoga. Leggings are a good choice, since they both stretch and hug the body. Try to go for something lightweight, so the fabric won't get in your way. When you're trying on yoga clothes, try bending over and moving around to see how they stay in place. Choose colors that make you happy. Whether you prefer neutrals and dark colors or you tend to go for bright patterns, pick clothes that you feel happy and comfortable in. Forget about everyone else. If you like the color, it's right for you.
